Surprise Shower

Saturday late morning I thought I was meeting Shay and Amy for brunch only to open the restaurant door to find 12 other friends standing there. They yelled "Surprise" and I was well, shocked! They put together a diaper shower for the newest Meyer. It was a great time with the girls visiting and of course opening baby gifts. I forgot how small the clothes, diapers and socks are! I am hoping all the baby knowledge comes back to me when he decides to join us in the next couple of weeks. Jake is busy putting the finishing touches on the nursery. We are doing an outer space theme, so there are rockets, spaceships, aliens, stars and planets on the walls. I will post pictures once all the paint has dried. I on the other hand am getting a little antsy making sure that everything is in its place for baby brother, I don't want to be caught off guard like I was with Cooper, he decided to join us 19 days early! I will spend this weekend moving clothes and everything else into the nursery. We are all getting excited to meet baby brother!
