Cooper and Mommy got to spend some quality time together this past week because of Spring Break. I enjoyed not setting the alarm clock and cuddle time with Cooper in the morning. Cooper and I were always on the go, bike rides, afternoons at the park, picnic lunches, and mornings at the library.
Jake didn't want to miss out on the fun so he took Friday off to spend with us. We took Cooper shopping to spend some of his birthday money at his favorite store, "The Choo Choo Train Store," other wise know as Toys R Us. We also took Fin to the dog park and then made our way over to the other side of the park so Cooper could play too. The highlight of the weekend was Sunday when we went fishing. Our neighborhood has a pond at the entrance, and at the end of last summer Jake found out that the pond was stocked with fish so he now thinks of it has his very own fishing spot. Cooper helped bait the hook and reel in the line and caught his first Cutbow. (A Cutbow is a Cutthroat Trout and Rainbow Trout mix. I had to ask.)
